Be quiet and listen


Have you ever just held the space where you say nothing. As everyone talks over the top of each other, sometimes it’s best to be silent.

Silence says a lot of things. It can move mountains 

I’ve noticed that people love to talk. It can be interesting. It can be exhausting.

When you’re silent. People get interested. Perhaps even nervous.

Silence is great tool for negotiating. You stay silent and listen. Process. Say nothing. Count to 10 backwards if you have to.

Eventually when they ask you what you think, it times to hit a home run.
