For example, if you want to be more successful in your life, one task could be meet a new person every week. When you meet new people, it may naturally boost your confidence levels. Being able to network is a common trait that most successful people have.
Setting yourself a simple task towards your goal can help you feel that you have already reached your potential. Plus the end goal will feel a lot less overwhelming.
